Find your footing in shifting seasons of life
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, perimenopause, menopause, or other changes as a woman, therapy gives you a grounded place to sort through the shifts in your mood, body, and relationships.
What can working with me do for you?
Clients often tell me they are surprised by how much they can share, even in our very first session. I strive to create a space where you can bring both the things you feel ready to talk about and the things you have never said out loud.
Despite all the information available today about women’s mental health, including phases like perimenopause and menopause, many women still feel dismissed or misunderstood when they reach out for help. My goal is to offer therapy that validates your experience, helps you trust your own voice, and supports you in moving forward with more clarity and confidence.

On the outside you may look like you are managing, but inside things feel off.
How therapy helps
Therapy gives you time and space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and respond to this season of life with more steadiness. Together we pay attention to your body, your thoughts, and the stories you have carried for years, so you can meet change with more clarity and self-compassion.

Meet Stephanie
Life doesn’t have to feel this confusing.
Hi, I’m Stephanie, a licensed therapist in Texas.
For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside women in seasons of change – from big life transitions to the confusing overlap of stress, hormones, perimenopause, and menopause. I also spent decades as a military family member, so I understand what it is like to hold everything together through moves, deployments, and constant “what’s next?” questions.
In our work together, we slow things down so you can make sense of what you’re feeling, feel more grounded in daily life, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My Style
My style is straightforward, compassionate, and steady. I will walk alongside you as we untangle what has been holding you back and find practical steps toward feeling more grounded and confident. My values are at the heart of how I work. I believe in being candid and transparent while also offering compassion and respect for the trust clients place in me.

How I Can Support You
I work one-on-one with women who enter this time of life feeling confused, dismissed, or unheard. Many tell me, “I just do not feel like myself.” This stage of life can be disorienting, leaving you questioning your choices, your body, or even your sense of self. My hope is that you leave our work together feeling more confident, calmer, and better able to navigate the changes in front of you.

Perimenopause and Menopause Support
Therapy for women navigating hot flashes, sleep changes, mood swings, brain fog, and feeling unlike themselves. Together we make sense of what you are experiencing and find ways to feel more grounded and steady in your body and mind.

Mood Changes, Anxiety, and Depression
Support for women who feel more anxious, irritable, tearful, or shut down than they used to. We look at how hormones, stress, and life events interact and build practical tools to help you feel calmer and more in control.

Life Transitions
Therapy for women facing big changes like career shifts, kids leaving home, aging parents, relationship changes, or retirement. We focus on helping you find your footing, clarify what matters, and move forward with more confidence.

Military and First Responder Families
Support for women in military and first responder families who are carrying the weight of moves, deployments, and constant change. With more than 40 years of lived experience in military family life, I understand the unique stressors and can help you feel less alone in them.
