About

Meet Stephanie
Hi, I'm Stephanie.
I know how confusing and overwhelming our different stages of life as women can feel, because I have walked through many of them too. From our earlier years to later changes like perimenopause, it is natural to wonder, “Is this stress, hormones, or something else entirely?” It can be hard to know what is true, and even harder when the people around you do not fully understand. Having a safe place to talk about all of it makes a real difference.
I also spent more than four decades as a military dependent, both as a child and as a spouse, so I understand what it is like to hold things together through moves, deployments, changing roles, and the quiet question of “What is next for me?” These experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy room: grounded, steady, and not easily surprised.
For more than 20 years, I have worked as a licensed therapist supporting people through seasons of change. I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and trained in Brainspotting. My clients often tell me they are surprised by how much they feel able to share in the very first session and how relieving it is simply to feel understood.
In our work together, you will have space to make sense of what you are feeling and notice the patterns that keep you stuck. Over time, many women find they can make decisions with more clarity, respond to stress with more steadiness, and move through transitions with a deeper sense of confidence and self-trust. I believe therapy should feel straightforward and compassionate, and I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside women as they rediscover their strength, clarity, and confidence.

Personal
My Story
Over the years I have seen how stress, trauma, hormones, and life transitions weave together in complex ways for women, especially for those in military and first responder families. My own life has included many moves, shifting roles, and seasons of change. These experiences fuel my passion for helping women feel more understood, more grounded, and more themselves in the midst of it all.
